Hi guys , quick update on delivery status...changed to on the way already hope 2moro arrived
I will go with 1 to 1, but will bang table for immediate replacement because i pre-ordered!Seeking option (Received my S25 Ultra with a small dot on the screen size about a pixel)
After emailing CEO, I finally received a call back from their support team. The agent offered me two options:
Two person here advised me against going for the screen replacement, saying it could cause more problems down the line. But the wait for the exchange is dam long...
- A 1-to-1 exchange, but due to high demand and current stock issues, they can only exchange during late March

- I can take the phone to any Samsung Service Centre, where they will replace the screen for me.

Same here. Called hotline yesterday . Not sure if it helped. Got a call from Samsung (as i requested updates) but i was occupied. Called back and the cso told me mine will be delivered tomorrow.
