Anyone facing issue trying to purchase apps or watch faces? Samsung galaxy app doesn't accept my credit card....

The vibration for WhatsApp messages no longer works on my 46mm watch since the latest update. Same goes for SMSs as well.

It vibrates when receive calls though, problem only happens with message notifications.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

For info, am using the watch with an iPhone X on iOS 12.1

Hi Good Day, does anyone knows how to navigate back to previous menu without having to press the physical button on the galaxy watch? Maybe swipe or something? Appreciate the sharing thanks.

There’s quite a long tread on the HR monitoring issue on both US & EU Sammy website actually. To be specific, on the 46mm model. My last comments was specific to 46 mm too
And the response from the vivo Sammy shop verified the issue

So what's the fix or advice for the HR issue?

check under your galaxy wearable settings ..see if you got allow notification for those apps

Thanks both, to clarify am referring to the ‘vibrate with sound’ function when you’re using Sound mode.

Found a post on the US Samsung forums where another user experienced the same problem. Seems to be a bug with the latest Tizen update which caused it.

Just gotten my 46mm set on Tue, so far still ok. My HRM is set for every 10 mins and it will only activates every10 mins. Samsung health shows the same records too.

My only problem now is the battery consumption. I charged the watch fully and put on my table at 11pm then went to bed. I woke up at 7am plus and saw the battery left 72% (AOD off, WiFi off, BT not connected, HRM 10 mins). I was expecting at least 90% or more. I will continue to monitor it and see how it goes.

Depending on what's ur preference. I bought a leather band from bartonwatchbands.com and so far so good. Thinking of getting another silicon band from them as the original Samsung band looks cheap and ugly IMO lol.

Do go for those shops who are specialised in making watch bands if u want better quality watch bands. Try to avoid those gadget shops which are selling watch bands. All standard 22mm watch bands can be used on GW 46mm model.

you should look for 22mm strap..

i find the original silicone strap not bad..at least quite soft and elastic enough to perform sport..

Before going to sleep, turn on night mode and airplane mode so that batt consumption will be 4-5% only, HRM will continue to measure. My 42mm can last 3 days with brightness 3, BT always on, WiFi and NFC off.
