Finally found the problem, end up is the my m1 nfc sim card causing the issue.
Now samsung pay on transport work without problem after turning off nfc from the sim card.

Mine is M1, there is a M1 NFC NFC Services app in your app screen.
Didn't remember seeing it under my S21U but it appear in my S23U.

i think you are referring to this from M1 https://www.m1.com.sg/support/faq/nfc-faq dont think is common to other telco

last time mine was M1 ezlink NFC Sim too. i went to M1 and changed to 5G sim since it is free.

It doesn't increase with amount but increase with number of transactions you do.

$0.10 or $1 gives you the same points depending on your tier.

If you have a car, some mscp car wash jet can use paywave. So sometimes I take multiple buckets of $0.20 water
