Samsung Pay is now more stable, after the recent app update. It works everytime with different readers now.

Go into Samsung pay, tap Samsung rewards, then below the points there's a tab called redeem rewards..

If you cannot find Samsung Pay in Google Play Store or the Galaxy App store - there might be a chance your device is not supported. What model are you using?
From the SG Webiste, the supported models are as follows:
Galaxy S9/S9+, Galaxy S8/S8+, Galaxy S7/S7 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy Note8, Galaxy Note5, Galaxy J7 Pro, Galaxy A8/A8+, Galaxy A9 Pro, Galaxy A7/A5, Gear S3, Samsung Gear Sport.

Dont see your model supported. And J5 Pro is not local set. Even if you got the app, high chance it doesnt work. Since your model and firmware is for overseas use, there isnt any local firmware for you to flash it.

Samsung pay rewards is now available on gear sport via latest Samsung pay update.
Rewards are now synced to phone, meaning can earn points via watch and phone together. Both rewards will be accumulated via the same account.

How do your educate retailer that their credit card machine accept SamsungPay? I had encounter quite a few time when I ask for Samsungpay they say they don't accept it even though they are using the MST machine for my credit card.

Not all terminals work that way, some needs to enter command first.
I suggest pressuring them to comply to your instruction for payment and skip the talking until the transaction went through.. Hahas..
