Hi anyone know why
When I use Samsung pay with my dbs cc during overseas to pay it does not work

then i take out my physical card can pay during overseas.

But no issue in sg when using Samsung pay

Does the store accept spay? Accepts apay or gpay but not spay?

IMHO.
Maybe got to do with MST and NFC.
Phones 2021 onwards MST is not support .
