I went down there personally as well. Saw that they are using the new terminals but they said that it was a management decision not to use SamsungPay.

I think if we all write in to SP services to complain and copy Ministry of Finance, see whether they will buckle under the pressure or not.

I actually successfully used Samsung Pay last month, so definitely can use.

I just wrote them a complain letter. Will call them again tomorrow to be escalated to supervisor. See what happens, though now my SP bill much much lower after company change to other provider, used to be few K every month.

Theres no point for you to inform Samsung.

You should be informing SP services.

Everyone should put some pressure on them to accept Samsung Pay.

Thank you !!!

I got a $1000 bill which is overdue.

Happy to buy u coffee anytime !

Don't think it I can take credit for them taking Samsung Pay, since SP is so big, they can do what they want.

Do report back if you can charge >$1000, at least for Citibank cards.

wow bro. your this lobang very good...!

Now no more liao. Company change to another power supplier and saves like 30% off SP power rates. This new service provider can only do recurring credit card charge, no terminal for me to go Samsung Pay.

Bought a towel at Robinson's and wanted to use Samsung Pay. The cashier thought it was paywave and they don't accept. I had to show him how it works and doesn't need the paywave terminal. He was surprised when it worked and he says it's the first time he encountered this. My encounter at Robinson's was to 'swipe' the card, then he key in the amount etc.. then I had to 'swipe' one more time. There wasn't any asking of the CVV number.

Samsung should really use some funds to promote awareness to the merchants.

If you are using Citibank R card, robinsons already is one of the merchants for 10X points.

No need to use Samsung pay unless u want to test out the card.

True, but I didn't bring my physical card out since I have Samsung Pay now. I had too many cards in the wallet last time. With Samsung Pay now I can leave some of them at home.. For the first time in my life my wallet is now thinner!!! :s12:

Home cannot change provider one. For commercial and industrial consumer only, and need to use above 2000kWh. There's a whole list of power providers, that supposedly buy wholesale from SP, then re-sell to others.

We're using CPVT Energy.

Source of information for Contestability

List of providers (bottom of pdf)

It was a business decision to switch, we are saving like $1k a month, though if your business is doing very very well, one might choose to pay more personal reasons. But now everyone is not doing very well and cutting costs.

Lol, you quite brave. Though I consider myself heavy user of Samsung Pay, I still face resistance and rejection of Samsung Pay itself, such that it does not warrant me to put all my cards at home yet.
