The S20 series used is not even 500 or 400 I believe

This is the same sheet they pulled.
The lower series like S9 or 7 are also quite cheap used but the screen repair is like 100 plus I think

Anyone managed to get the screen repaired at the minimal fee instead of paying the full repair fees even though warranty has expired? Since it's obviously caused by their one UI update that overloaded the phone and screen...

Mine same model. Only pay 50+ for labor. They replace screen and battery foc.

I got the green line on my note 20 ultra after the update. Brought it to the Samsung repair at Plaza Sing and after assessment, they agree to replace the screen foc, just only payment of sgd50 for labor cost. ( my note 20 already outside the warranty period)

u need to back up your phone data as they will do a factory reset when u send in for repair and u need another phone to use when they are repairing it. Took around 2 weeks.

In the end, I bought a new phone s21 ultra for sgd 600 to backup my old phone and use, sent in my note 20 for repair which took around 2 weeks. Already gotten it back and now note 20 is my spare phone.

Switched to fruit phone

Mine was replaced for $54.
Out of warranty when i sent in.
