i got this before when i change phone. restart the phone then after a while it will recognise the correct number/name le.
i notice when i open the contact individually in WA it say contact not sync.. i have flip it on one by one...

Spigen also.. they have this fool proof screen protector that come with a mold attach on top and pull down.. it also take away dust before applying screen protector.. fix just nice with the case
Hmmm I undecided wan to change to tis spigen case or not cos e blue colour like dun stand out or nt very clear, wherelse e samsung silicone case e colour match e phone colour very clear n bright

I also kenna this whatapps issue, very pek cek, try re-install but still same issue. In the end gave up, just rename those incorrect de.. At least the contact in my phone & gmail is correct and not messed up.
finally fixed... u need to not allowed permission to contact for whatsapp.. then allow again.. once u do that it will sync all again properly

Is it me or Fold/Flip 7 notification sound is not as loud as 5/6 series?

Even thou my notification sound is already set at max?

finally fixed... u need to not allowed permission to contact for whatsapp.. then allow again.. once u do that it will sync all again properly
My issue worst, use the smart switch to transfer, then when everything done after 2 hours then on the fold 7 I proceed with activating the WhatsApp then show me import fail.
Now my iPhone name jumble up also haha

Chat with their online cso and ask them to check on status directly

This should be the closest answer you can get to find out exact status of ur order

You buy from where?

If you buy from lazada/shopee of course don't have store pickup

If you buy from samsung online store but offered trade-in old phone then the option for store pickup will be removed

Store pickup option happens only when - You order directly from sse physical store or ss online store without doing a trade-in of old phone

Tried the online chat but I clicked for 25mins couldn't get any avaliable agent to chat

Sometimes they instantly reply you

Otherwise need to wait for a while

If youre using laptop/desktop I recommend you to leave the page and do other things

Alternatively just WhatsApp them instead

Both ways should work without much issues
