they trying to say its physical damage, has to escalate to their management see can waive or not.
Chances are slim and repair period extended by another week at least i think. Lucky still got my ip16. Have to say the new ios26 looks pretty good

Hmmm.. is it covered under Samsung care if u have it?? Sounds like u closed it when there's some dust substance trapped in hinge or on inner screen when u closed it.

Fun fact as I am using Honor Magic V5...The V5 will "alert" user that there is some foreign object in the inner screen. Usually it is a tiny speck of dust...almost can't see with naked eyes but once you give it a good wipe, the alert will go away. This is pretty cool imo.

try reset app and see...

Usually if keep reset ... Suspect it's the fingerprint always accidentally swipe or fail to recognize.. u remove ur fp and re register again along with app.. shud work fine thereafter..
