home equity is around 250k, hdb nia.

Cpf is around, across oa sa Medisave.

total is around 1.25m.

Savings in cash gives peace of mind. Also optionality to buy assets in times when market is down instead of panic selling when overexposed

7 figures. I can retire on the savings alone.

Having built that I move to building income engine with covered call ETFs. Also 7 figures. Can retire several times from the monthly distributions which are now being DRIP to grow the monthly distributions and portfolio.

After building income engine then build broad based index growth portfolio also 7 figures.

Now just focus on growing the growth portfolio for estate.

There's also insurance sleeve for estate planning and taxes. But it's specific to Canada. Things like estate freeze for tax considerations.

I see each of these as separate distinct sleeves of my financial plan.

Each has its role in the benefits it gives me.
