Well technically, I am still managing some properties but I have a set-up that only requires me to approve payments, arranging of contractors and liaising with tenants are handled by a part-time employee working from home. I have to occasionally put up listings, but that's only 2 to 3 times a year.
🤔 Co-living operator?

Can't be putting all my eggs in one basket.... Have to be prepared for worst case scenario...
Agree!
It's more of a psychological game.
Has to fit each person's psychological safety parameters.

I was only able to psychologically invest big after I built up my peace of mind optionality cash sleeve.

It took me a while to get there.

Say again? 1.75m is 95th? Networth or cash or what?
Income 95th percentile according to salary.sg, just on average since my income depends on company proceeds and varies quite a bit each year, 1.8m in cash (savings and investments excluding CPF), networth about 4.6 excluding company value since that's hard to estimate and I don't like to count the equity until I withdraw it in dividends or sell it.

Only 2 apartments were renovated in that configuration, 5 rooms with 3 bathrooms (1 in the master). The rest of the properties were rented out as-is.
Retire with how much. What your family composition like
