actually sengkang is more chances, dont know why in an earlier post you say punggol more chance. u gotta look at the oversubscribed rate ma.. sengkang lower rate

Mine is double the range, but im scared im still called out to choose the unit, by then maybe left those 3R which is out of my income range or only left 4R which i dont want.....

Ya i did look. But wanted 3R instead of 4R.
SK 4R was v good chance so was tempted. but scared even if get q no, by the time it's my turn, left all the expensive units.

We are just trying to be positive and happy for one another.

For me unsuccessful for 1 year....lol...
