You will able to select normally about 20% drop out but maybe not many high floor availableMaybe have 2nd or 5th floor if you dnt mind

they only give photos for Repurchased units. repurchased units are marked with * (asterisk) in the unit list
new flats can only see the layout plan

yah just checked they dont provide photos anymore like last March SoBF. only have original floor plan and revised floor plan (if any changes)

I called asking about Punggol 3R Standard, they said about 5 people per batch, which is I think 5 for one area a day... Don't know how many areas they do per day or how often it rotates

BTW Punggol 3R Standard only ended at 15 today.
