Oh my god! Exactly the same. We liked Punggol a lot and near my mom but the other time I applied, my Q was crazy. So we opted for sengkang! Tadahhh! Got it!!!!! I'm also dreaming of my own house, renovation. Hahas! You are gonna get a good location in sengkang for sure! For me, confirm is the blocked view or 2nd level. What to do! :(

i think this time there will be more dropouts for sengkang.because, the location all not very good..except few..unless pple who need madly a house like u and me they will cm to choose..so hope for more flats in the list when ur turn cm..:)

Really regret not opting for SK 4R even though we wanted a 3R... :(
Looks like wrong decision...

Take this as a lesson..next time when apply take 'wait and see' approach..and apply the low ratio area..so this time u applied for punggol 3 room isit?

Yep. Cus I like 3Rs... whilst most people in Singapore go for 4Rs... U see the first timer ratio, actually not say a lot of people want la in a way... the # is very small, just that units are very few...

Family planning wise, honestly even though people might say times will change and accidents happen, I really only want 1 kid. If really cannot, then upgrade slowly. Don't want to overstretch buy big house first just for future... Cus we have other plans, don't think will stay in the HDB forever in a way... So rather buy small one and slowly work our way up...

But ahwell. Since I don't wanna wait for 3 years... If this time SBF really don't happen, next March SBF I predict most houses will be non-immediate except repossessed (most are still building, past btos? since this time already left so few)... So might think of other methods... Either wait for BTO or take over parents' flat or try to come up with $ to buy resale... :( Have to have a plan B...

This time SK 4R some go for very ex leh... We were afraid if we applied and even if we got Q number, the leftovers would be the higher end ones... like $290 - $340k... Which I don't think is worthwhile...

Ya hopefully I still got chances of choosing unit that not 2nd, 3rd, 4th level this kind. But even there's high floor or not, the price not too high or expensive. I was hoping there's still 3 room left when its our turn even though got 2 kids coz 4 rooms seems pricey to us in some areas. Some ulu area price still okay but dunno HLE approve not. Not approve also mati! If give up coz HLE not enough also damn wasted.. Since we only tried for twice and got a Q within the flat supply ;) purely luck actually! Hope this time everything goes well!! Goodluck to you and me! Hoho!

Well, buying flat is not like going marketing. Must put in all the pros and cons. so discuss it with the family is the best way to go about doing it.

Did u check where is the 3 room premium located? There is only one flat right? We didnt focus on 3 room. . coz we r looking for 4 room only...today we visited sengkang sites...majority is still in halfway...hope those in the q front of me dont choose my ideal unit...:(

Eh haven research but purely scan through the HDB website only. Forgotten how many units available for 3 room. But it's okay. Will just take whatever that's left. Can't be fussy and choosy.. Unless the price is like....... You know la. Otherwise, no other major problem as long as we got a roof over our head. For sure! Just patiently waiting for our appointment date and HDB to send us the flat details and units available.. So excited!

If i remember correctly for SK 3rm Premier/4rm there are 2 3rm and 222 4rm with 3 old flats at block 140, 309 and 325.
