I don't understand why a same unit number but 14th floor cost higher than 16th floor. I thought higher cost more and 14th is not a nice number to begin with... Weird way for hdb to sell at that price...

Sometime is because of the unit itself, those that faces other block will definitely be cheaper than those that has unobstruct view

Any idea how do I see the units available for coming ROF launch? Or will it only be available after the launch? Just in case this SBF get lousy number haha..
