Sometime is because of the unit itself, those that faces other block will definitely be cheaper than those that has unobstruct view

I saw one where its same unit number, but level 6 is cheaper than level 4. Any idea? Is it cuz one of them got OCS?

I don't understand why a same unit number but 14th floor cost higher than 16th floor. I thought higher cost more and 14th is not a nice number to begin with... Weird way for hdb to sell at that price...

Are they in the same stack? Sometimes different stack could be both same size aka 4 room but 1 is say 88sqm and the other is 85sqm
