Hi. I got a queue number 1xx out of 238 units in Punggol. Meanwhile while waiting for unit selection, can i still apply for August bto? Because the units that i want in Punggol is limited. 4-room btw.

SBF you get to select the area and your ballot will be within the application for that area.

ROF you don’t get to select the area and your ballot will be pooled with all the applications for the ROF.
No penalty if you give up your chance during selection for ROF

It means the units are not attractive but still they have much shorter waiting time compared to BTO. The Aug BTO not very fantastic also

Hello first timer here. I balloted for hougang under MCPS for 5room. 5room and 3gen were grouped together during the exercise with 35 units but I’m only going for 5room. I got a queue number that says I’m 34 out of 14 (which i presume are the available 5 room flats) but I’m wondering if this queue number is for the whole lot of 5room/3gen or just 5 room? Cos it was never mentioned in the application which size one is going for.

SBF is flat type & area specific. ROF is from a common pool , therefore Q nos can run into 4xxx - 5xxx , up to 300% of available units
