It depends on the estate that you are choosing. But generally, the age of the units/projects in SBF consist of old and new flats. These flats can be repossessed units and/or unsold units from previous sales launches etc.

Try BTO if you want the newest ones

Hi guys just want to ask the declared income in the appointment letter had a little discrepency, i put wrong in my partner's income of , apparently she is drawing $50 more.(eg. meaning declared 3000 but actually is 3050) Would it affect my selection in anyway and do I need to get the information changed before the selection?(our combined income is way less than 12k)

Also if my partner has been working continuously for 11months, meaning june 17 to may 18 would we still be eligible for grant? I have only been working for 5 months if we go by the application month..
