u will get 2x change if ur current 90+ queue doesnt give u even a chance to select.. but if they ask you go down = 1 chance down...

Hi can i ask?? If i fail to get a queue number for feb BTO (first-timer + MCPS) and got a really lousy number for may SBF (9x out of 13 units, also first-timer + MCPS), will I get 2x more ballot chances if I apply for the future BTO/SBF/ROF exercises I.e. failure to get flat from Feb and may exercises will count towards future applications??

Or only my failure to get queue number for Feb BTO will count only towards future BTO applications (means not counted for SBF and ROF applications)? Kinda confused and sian about not getting my desired location repeatedly.

If you are not given a q no for BTO, then there is no impact. However if your SBF q no was called to select and you choose to give up, your 1st timer chance will -1. (Total 2 chances given) However, if your SBF q no is not called, no impact either. I have also tried thrice without much good chances, so don’t give up hope. All you know you may get lucky the next time

Don’t think the selection for TY 4-rm has started for May SBF. It typically goes down the alphabetical order by town and by type of flat.

Anyone got a ballot for punggol? Whats your unit selection date? Mine is on november... got my ballot numebr last month and seems pretty long...

Just wondering if i should apply for august bto at punggol since i have one more ballot left for first timer or i should just stick with northshore edge. Im abit concern if i wont get the unit i want.

Northshore edge i meant Waterfront 1, Waterfront 2 and Straitsview. Yes there were still some units left from May sbf.

Which part of punggol are you looking at! Northshore very limited and i hope by then still have the units i want left

Hi mozzozo! Congrats on your number! Looks like you will be able to get one! Do you mind sharing when is your appt date? I'm 86/71 and still no appointment yet! My ubi bto just gave me an appointment date but i'm still hoping for Bedok!
