I suspect I might not be on the 1st day. Based on selections so far the trend, it seems like a few appointments over a few flat types and locations. I suspect I might actually be 2nd or 3rd day for the 4 room Geylang.

Ah ok, that makes sense. Good luck with the refreshing. Hope you get what you want :)

It’s not stated in this link. The general link doesn’t state if any choices have already been made by previous “owners”. The only way you can see those alphabets that I was asking is earlier today is within the documents that HDB will provide when they give you your appointment date and time under MyHDB login in with your SingPass.

read this from other subject. so clementi should be totally nothing except kitchen and bathroom wall and floor

3 We wish to clarify that the option to opt for floor finishes (bedroom/living/dining areas) under the Optional Component Scheme (OCS) is only applicable for new flats offered during initial sale launch under the Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise. For balance flats subsequently sold under our Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) or Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise, the OCS option will no longer be available. This is so as our building contractors would have ordered the materials and made provisions to install the flooring finishes so that there would be no delay in the completion of the flats. Hence we are sorry that we are unable to provide the floor finishes to your new flat.

If the document they sent you in your MyHDB accounts says nothing, then it will be nothing I guess. But the link for Flat selection and under General Description of the Unit will not state anything.

I’ve checked against HDB sent document to me and that link. Sent document will state what was chosen. The link just says the options available and the document will showcase if anything was selected.

Toa Payoh 4rm. Queue no.42/36. Is my chance any good? 😭 chinese quota is 29 😩

I would not say no chance but u gotta prepare yourself that u may be left with low floors units.

For a understanding, my sbf for 4 room bukit merah had 5 appointment yesterday but only 1 unit was selected.

So it may varies.

I read that the dropout rate is normally around 30% for this kind of exercise. Should be case by case.

i think they apply same rule as BTO

I understand that it’s the rule by HDB. But wouldn’t it be like giving a false hope to the lower queue number? Unless the dropout rate is always high, so they might need 300% of queue to increase the chance of the balance flat to be sold.
