Haha 321 area I cannot afford too leh.
Because my current house at yew tee 4RM lost $120k since last 6 year ago I bought. Bought at $422k. Now only can sell $300k - $320k.. Sad!

Oh haha. I wonder if those units will be taken up, because it's really too expensive in my opinion. 650K++ haha. But I guess people who selected Clementi might be able to afford since it's a mature estate? Will you be open to taking the old unit? I saw one that is like 40 years old haha

dont think so bah. After 59 years HDB collected back my son no house stay. Haha

call HDB again and they said wait the SMS for the appointment date then there will be letter inside. ...why they put date on MYHDB 1st. double work right...

I used to think that when in the past i went for clementi. But the famous school usually the slots are taken by ex students’ sibling so usually you are left with a small amount of leftover.

Clementi is getting too congested for my liking. West coast is nice since i am staying there at the moment

u not alone. many ppl bought at peak in 2013 all losing about 100k.

My guess is only those who bought the flats first hand from the government will reap the profits.
For the buyer of resale flat, I think making loss is just too common if they wanted to sell again next time.
