Yup yup. Its just a rough guide to estimate, better than having an open date and making the wait more excruciating hahaha. But indeed there are more appts a day as the q number get bigger.

Maybe u can start counting when u know the start date for selection of your estate first. If not really very hard hahaha. Camp here for updates haha.

Hey all.

Just checked the recent application for ROF units and realised the blocks I was aiming for for this SBF is available for selection. Is this normal? For different units of the same blocks to appear in two different exercises?

The open booking ROF ? I guess if it’s different units available within the same block in 2 separate exercises , not an issue. There will not be duplicate bookings.

For the existing online booking,all low floor for mature estate and chinese no quote. The completion is too far. some completed in 2022 to 2023.
It is duplicated scheme like sale of balance flat. It was created to meet some people KPI in Ministry of Development (HDB).

Very few quota for ethnic chinese. But good for those who don’t mind low floors and sick of balloting.
