If they get a good unit and intend to start a family, they wouldnt want to move if have schools for child's /children convenience.

Pri school need to register by 5.5yrs old and will be in school for 6 years. Secondary another 4.
Thats 10yrs accounted for

Had lock in to HDB website to check, today selection will be for Queue number from 1 to 15 for 2/9/019, monday.
Will monitor which unit is selected. Hoping my choice unit will still available in 2 weeks time (17/9).

How do you research which unit is ur ideal unit ah?

My queue number 3xx, already don't have much hopes of getting an ideal one

If u have the time to wait another 1.5 to 2 years for the completion. then the most idea unit should be the one nearer to the new MRT (Tampines North mrt).

Looking at the 11 units (5 rm tampines) so far selected, most people are getting these near to completion or key available one.
So you still have good chance to get one near to the new MRT.
