How long does it takes for the key collection appointment after selection?
Got my flat today... but super low floor...
Yeah me neither, I think it will only be available for viewing when nearer to the appointment date. Well consider ourselves lucky, my friend applied for 4room SBF woodlands and the date is still unknown :/

I only went to secure flat, 4-6 months alter then go make downpayment...
Hi, is it for ready flats? I tot usually ard 2-3 months after selection for ready flats?

Mine is not ready... TOP should be around Q3 of 2021.
No flat selection on weekend I think. Around 5 numbers everyday.
Today is queue 34 to 38 I believe.
Should be around 10+ ppl dropout.

Does anyone know if the HLE n the AHG/SHG will take into consideration the latest payslips? Received my appt letter and noticed that they are asking for the payslips 3 months prior to applications, i.e Feb - Apr 19.. I just changed my job in Jul this year, so will it affect the grant and loan amount? My HLE was approved in May 19 already. Thanks
