Hihi, may I know how to see last queue no.?

Click on ur application number under the application status for new flat. All the details will be thr. If not u can do the long winded way of calling the hdb sales hotline but do note u will need your application number to key in on the phone in order to know the last called number

Adding onto ppl general qn on last called number.

Do not be surprised that on certain days, the last called queue number remains the same especially the first few days as there are days with zero selection for that area. Daily number of numbers called also varies alot but general trend is they increase by a fair bit as the days goes by

I’m guessing it means that for today, up till queue number 5 will go down to select a unit. So far 4 units taken up for Sembawang 5-room.

Hi all.

My queue number exceeded the supply and I just received an appointment date for late November (Woodlands 4-room).

I applied using MCPS and Fiance/Fiancee scheme.

Q: Is this still considered as under MCPS even though the queue number exceeded?

Thanks all!

My flat selection is next week. Do I really need to bring my graduation certificate? Can bring photocopied one?

Hi all. Need your help. I was given an appointment for may SBF for BB 4 rm on 7th Nov. Now queue 117 and left 3 2nd floor or 35 years old units.

My queue 174. Do I need to go down because I am not keen in those units.

Cannot be give me anything I also must take right? Must call in cancel or cancel online.

Erm the answer to your question is Yes you die die must take or they consider you void your chances and if you are 1st timer and void 2 time will be move to 2nd timer for a year.

This is the bad thing about bidding SBF.

I beg to differ. In some cases, u can inform or write in to hdb informing them why u have to forego ur selection due to low floor units/older units left. I was in same scenario sometime ago and i call hdb to spoke to them, my one chance out of two was not forfeited for first timer. They are willing to look into it on a case by case.

I would suggest to call in hdb in advance and inform them and see what is the outcome.

Hi Murvin, may I know how long does it take from your flat application to grant approval? Did u submit your grant application prior to booking your unit?
