Haha, I've heard horror stories of OCS materials not lasting a month or cracks start to surface. Actually flat list inside got indicate OF (open kitchen with finishing) or FF (with full furnishing). That one zhun or not?

Kitchen even for BTO also comes complete with floor and wall tiles..

The main problem is the tiles for living rm + bedrooms and also the internal doors + sanitary package..

Yes, my frd will be collecting keys next mth. Selection was done in mid December.
