May I ask what was the application rate when you applied?

Ops! Sorry for getting back late, haven't been checking here!
Applied for AMK twice under MCPS + first timer.
First time got a Q but ethnic quota up, so appointment was cancelled by HDB.
Second time never get a Q number at all.

Applied again this time but not AMK, hoping it's good cause first timer rate is 0.2? overall is 2.5?

I got an appointment tomorrow for selection.
but after checking the available flats in the system, there's only 2 units left.

do I cancel my appointment or leave the appointment as it is? my main concern is that it will affect my future chance as first timer if I cancel or give up the appointment. but it's really not fair to us if there's only 2 units left for us to choose.

if you dont turn up or cancel the appointment, they will still deduct one chance off. You'll still be a first-timer unless you have already cancelled twice.

Such is life my friend. If you die die also dowan the 2 units then give it up.

Well, this is solely up to HDB's discretion especially so when the available unit is very low..There has been cases from the forum where some of them were not penalise for this.

So might or might not forfeit one of his 2 chances to reject a selection.

I saw at Punggol vue at the BTO map stated at the Marina Punggol club is "future high rise development" so just wondering what will it be like for Rutte high rise development gonna take over the Punggol Marina club? Hmmm

Doubt would be school or community centre..Land is prime for a marina club..

OIC. So it's still down to balloting then. I thought 1st timer would be priority. Tks thesal!

The ballotting will be generated comprising 95% FT with 5% ST first. Since the ST take up rate is higher than the FT, those not shortlisted in the 5% will be given another balloting process but their number will be after the 95% + 5% queue nos.
