I think should be go by area. Like AMK is mature so all units under there is considered mature. Than punggol is non mature so all units there is non mature

Looks like more on First timer. Ratio for first timer base on 95% available unit.

Example
100 units available
First timer (95%)Ratio of 2.0 : (100 x 95%) x 2.0 =190 first timers
2nd timer (5%)Ratio of 28.2 : (100 x 5%) x 28.2 = 141 second timers

But total applicant is 636? How they arrive at this figure? 190+141 is not 636 :(

Bro that one i roughly base on 100 units only. hahaha.

If base on actual 196 units / 636 applicants.

(196 x 95%) x 2.0 = 371 first timers
(196 x 5%) x 28.2 = 275 2nd timers

So plus minus around that figure.

punggol only 196Unit la..
so 1 timer will be about 372
2nd timer will be 276
total amount is about + - is there la..

so majority is still out of range quite alot.. then the total of supply for punggol la.

To be honest, no matter how we speculate or whatever scheme you in.

At the end of the day, nothing is confirm..

If you put too high hopes with all the scheme that's available and your Q number Cannot Make It. I'm afraid you might get more disappointed.

Let nature takes it course. Hahahaha.

Btw, did anyone calculate how many available flats for Chinese at Kallang/Whampoa? The total available flats is actually much lesser if compared to just Chinese eligibility. .
