Anybody got idea if 454 out of 319 still got chance ? 😢

Depends on which area you applied. If matured estates , mostly bye-bye, as they are usually over subscribed. If non-matured estate still got chance, like CCK which I applied in May 15 sbf. That time 300 ppl applied for 200 units. My q number was big but when my time to select, abt 100 units left to choose. This drop out pattern was similar to the CCK Nov 14 sbf which I studied and guessed would repeat for May 15 sbf. If you can dig up past launches for the same area you applied and study the subscription rate, drop out trend and other patterns, they can give you a hint as to your chances.

Sembawang is heavily undersubscribed, is it possible to appeal for an unit there?

Just went through the resale ads. Some units are on par with sbf units but need to pay agent fee, sigh.

Qns: if sobf they put there keys available.

If they June go select, they will get key immediately? Or do they still like bto got the 3-4mths waiting process? Then signing of lease + key collection together is it?

So after they take key liaos... within 6 mths they need to submit ROM cert is it?

Can this process be delayed? I remember I read that can delay key collection but how long is this delay be delayed till?

If u r talking abt writing to HDB to appeal or see MP, dont think worth trying. HDB is simple, systematic and straight forward. They launch bto or sbf, you apply within the window period. No other way around it. U will have to hope any left over for Sbw for Nov sbf will be offered in the next sbf launch, and then apply.
