Flooring issue is not project related..

It depends on the ppl laying it..

If dont mind taking out cash for that, outside will give u better worksmanship and more choices.

They will automatically extend it usually..

If they need u to reassess, they will inform you.

Hmmm. But got once i called. They say now when collect keys, they dont need the hle. But some people say will collect the eys earlier instead. Because im self employed. And did not keep bank statement for these months. And i reconfirmed witht the staff.. if they really reaccess... then $100+ gone.. haiz

Is the unit u're looking at with ready keys?

Ready keys unit usually they will extend HLE..

Even if you select on 26th May, it's just selection, not signing of lease agreement or key collection..

You still have to wait till the 2nd appt which is signing of lease agreement, that should be the key collection as well..

if you have already selected the units that you favoured (bookmarked), it should be fast, especially since you are on the early number. Prepared all the docs and filled out the forms beforehand it'll help a lot in the processing time.

And if you are applying for grant prepare the docs (payslips or letter from the company) and fill out the grant form beforehand. It took me around half hour for the whole process. And some 10-15 min for the officer to copy my docs.

And if you have questions about the unit, make some sort of list (for me i kept it in my phone)

I am most likely getting fajar. I went to look at fajar n senja also. Prefer fajar as more amenities around it.
