Yup, cos some idiot dunno at level what probably decided to fold cardboard and dump into the lift lobby bin..End up it probably expanded and got itself clog and then the rubbish starts piling up..

My friend staying the block said the rubbish chute spoil. Motor in there spoilt for a week

I am assuming 4 rooms.

If I'm not wrong, Buangkok square is going to be built there; TOP 2018. IMH is a good place to work out because of the amenities. #15 330K, cheap.

Transport is a big problem if you ask me.

i applied for this May SOBF as well. but got an appt for this nov sobf. Can i postpone my appointment say till end aug. Then see what que i got for this year may sobf before committing?

My selection of the flat is in July. After selection, are there any more appointments till the collection of keys? All payment and paper works will be on that appointment to select flat? If presuming I managed to get a completed flat, how soon can I hope I collect the keys?
