whether walk able or not just treat as exercise lor. important is to hav a roof under your head can liao.i believe everyone hope to get a very good q.No. and their own pre-choosing unit instead of their own prechoosing unit kana taken away. then start to panick and quickly look for others unit within their affordable range and like unit.

Yes, excercise is good but sometimes you just forget something and need to u turn back home. I have quite a few of such experiences 😕

What is you guys Opinion on ghim moh?

Rooting the Queenstown sobf but got ghim moh options...

Dawson's area is it far from MRT?

Sky terrace n sky ville which is better?

Most common reason would be accessibility. It is located between sembawang and yishun mrt. However, in early May 2015 LTA announced that the Canberra Mrt will be up in 2019.

Current SBF units were launched before the Canberra mrt announcement, thus it was unpopular at that time. FYI, latest Eastlink BTO(may 2015) was over subscribe because applicants now know that there will be a mrt station right infront of Canberra.

Second reason can be people just do not want to stay far north of Singapore.

A lot of people aiming Queenstown one and only available 5-room flat. :s13:

Quite weird but I saw this SOBF unit with the lease started in 1988! Means the previous owner have used the flat for 27 years already? :eek:

Estate: Bukit Panjang
Flat: 4-room
Block 412, SAUJANA ROAD, #06-66

Now it should be more popular after Canberra MRT is announced.

But to be very honest, Canberra MRT is not at the doorstep of the flats. Went to actual site to look and it's really quite far in, at least a 10-15min walk if you are slow.

However, the 4-rooms at Eastlace looks good as the site is just by the main road and nearest to the new MRT.

By the way, does anyone know if an applicant can apply for both 4room and 5room (separate applications) in the same area same SOBF?

No, only one application during launch..

Even if that month bto launch has sobf has well, can only choose one to apply.

No you cant, only application per sales launch..choose one flat type from one estate
