They have their own algorithm..it's like a lucky draw even for those using schemes..

the lucky draw goes this way...civil serpents > grassroots leaders > RC members > new citizens > elites but wants to buy hdb to earn more $$ >> lastly sinkapores.

of cos it takes more than 3 months...if not how to filter?

Maybe you should have tried for the canberra ones. There were plenty and iirc the application rate was less than 1.

Wanted to do that but my current situation is need a flat immediately... The canberra area one is completion ins 2017 or 2018 if i rem correctly

Canberra earliest completion should be somewhere this year for the 1st few blk..those from May 2013 launch..

My blk(cck in May 13) already undergoing final bca inspection, expected key collection should be mid mar start..
