i got a potential refund issue. say last statement month i hit the min spend for rebate. This month i never spend any and got refunded $200 for a transaction i did last month. The rebate for last month has already been credited. Will the rebate (full $14) be clawed back?

Online Transactions -- Courts WebStore & Kinokuniya Webstore

Hi all,

Tried to find the answer in this thread, but so far no luck.

Any idea if the above is considered as Online transaction in the MCC?

Courts is payment processing via Telemoney.

Kinokuniya, is their very own payment backend.

Thank you.

I guess you just have to wait and see.

Looks like singtel bill no longer qualifies for 7%

Anyone else with same issue?

Anyone?

Is it just going through a 3rd processor such as Telemoney already considered its an online transaction?

Hopefully this is a mistake on scb side for calculating my cashback, just checking if anyone else encounter this issue.

I also wanted to know if the bill still qualify for cashback
