any spree cardholders receiving 30Cashback adjustments lately?
I have a few credit entries with narration 30Cashback usually I don't tally spree cashback amount so I don't know if it's related to some earlier spree cashback amount salah.

Got Annual Fee cannot waver. need to cancel this card.

Managed to get the annual fee for Spree this year waived after calling in. Used the automated system, entered card number and it was successful. Tried requesting through the app previously but was always unsuccessful.

I contacted cso they just said the automated system is “final”

Think they stopped the spree card totally alr.

which country they outsource their call center to? so ineffective. There is no way to contact a live person even after more than 1 hr. select the option to "report fraud" also no use no one answer.

think mas should have a rule that bank need to seek customer approval before they charge annual fee else should cancel the card.

Hi, I managed to get a waiver for my Spree last week. I'm a PB tier. hope this helps

realised this card has 2% for online and contactless (cap at $30). Beats all those 1.6% cashback cards

Diners club Mastercard also 2% on all spend. And I think is higher cap at $200. Spree no longer good anymore. Glad they didn’t grant my fee waiver haha

They granted me fee waiver but canceled anyway, no point when there are better cards out there now.

Ah I wanted to keep it for fun as a limited edition card but no waiver given despite multiple requests.
