I only get $49.55 for the latest cashback.

This is what I charged :

1. TP fine $200 (Help my friend pay)
2. PayPal $135
3. PayPal Qoo10 $29.08
4. Road Tax $538

Can anybody confirms that payment for TP fine doesn't get consider under the cashback?

I know that Road Tax & PayPal, confirm got cashback. So the only possible part that didn't get consider is the $200 TP fine.

Means now road tax renewal cannot qualify for cashback anymore?

Road Tax should still qualify for 7% cash rebate leh.

Does online booking of flight tickets qualify for this 7% cash rebate? From SQ website.

When did you receive? I didn't get anything for past 2 mths despite having hit > 600. 1 of which is 500+ lazada purchase, the rest Uber, so should meet the conditions

Received on 24 Jan 17 for Dec Uber spend. Think the 0.8% cross border fee on Uber excluded from the cashback.

Hi people...

I went travelling last month and despite spending more than $600 for that cycle month, I did not get 7% rebate for VISA transactions through KLook ($400+) and Changi WIFI router. Would like to check if anyone had similar experience.

I heard klook not counted as online transaction maybe cos of the payment system that klook uses. You can try to contact scb for them to credit the cashback.

Yes Klook not considered online transaction. I didn't get anything for my booking with them a few months back.

By chance did they tell you what is the code assigned by VISA?
Or how did you go about claiming the cashback?

I didn't get the full $60 so I sent them a mail via the messaging system. They credited back after letting them know.

Can be done! Just ask nicely. :)

Idk y DBS did not give me cashback for Dec spending with klook.

So SCB was not telling me the truth when I called last mth (Jan).

Weird..

You can't ask SCB then use DBS instead, then blame SCB when you don't get rebate leh..

It's normal for different banks to consider certain merchants differently. Like for qoo10, DBS all along give online rebate of 5% but SCB sometimes recognise as groceries instead of online spending and only credit 2%.
