any transactions posted prior to 9 oct should be eligible based on current tnc. anything beyond, we gotta wait out and see. enjoy while it last.

becareful of which online purchase you made becoz this card is selective for rebates, some buys from online stores also no rebates becoz the merchant did not set certain codes. :o

Paid bills online on singtel website and bought a phone on singtelshop.com. But did not get 7%.

Bank replied saying
"According to our records shown for the 3 transaction that you charged to Singtel and Singtelshop.com does not identify as online transaction by Visa. Hence, for this 3 transaction you only earn 2% instead of 7% cashback."

Anyone faced the same issue?

2% is for grocery. Bill payment should get 7%. Singtelshop.com is processed offline iirc. Think the CSO is trying to smoke you.

Did both (online purchase & bill payment), was eligible....

if my statement refreshes on 18 oct, will I still be eligible if I spend before 9 oct? not sure about this.

Is buying wogi gift card considered online spend?

I know if buy Qoo10 gift card straight from qoo is considered online and can get 7%
