Check ur balance on internet banking... you should see a credit... means this credit will offset any purchase...

My opinion is all posted transaction before 9 Oct will be eligible. If not, dispute and get it.

The t n cs are valid till 9 Oct, doesnt make sense not to honour it, regardless of when one's cashback is posted.

I sent in an inquiry online and got this reply "Please be advised the revised card benefits will automatically apply on your card and reflected in transactions charged and reflected in your credit card statement issued from 15 November 2017 onwards.

Please be inform for transactions that are charged and reflected in your statement before 15 November 2017 will continue to enjoy the existing card benefits. However, for transactions that are charged and reflected in your statements issued from 15 November 2017 onwards, the new card benefits will apply."
