You will receive the rebate after the statement date, for transactions posted in aug statement will see the rebate after the statement date. You will see in Sep statement or much earlier online.
correct, if u have IB, u can see it 2-3 days after statement date, hahaha

If you have online banking, then you will be see the rebate posted on 25-27th Aug. Else, you will see it in your Sept statement because 25-27Aug falls under Sept statement anyway.
No, you will see the rebate in online banking on 25-26 aug. Effectively the rebate offset the spending

Yes i have online banking but i do not see the rebates posted on aug 25-27th. Ocbc is much better as they will post before the statement date.

Sorry edited my post. Not much difference cos you only need to pay the spending less the rebate after rebate awarded before payment is due

Are you referring to this month or last month? 25-27th Aug is long long ago, you must definitely have received the rebate for last month.
July 24 to aug 25. Yea i think so too i shd have received the rebates. But i checked OB there is none. Lol ok i calling scb now.

Yup, you better do, and let us know the conclusion. Weird, SCB never missed any rebates before in my past few months experience. I have 2 cards, and this time round however, i got credited on 23rd Sept for one card, and the other yet to receive. Both statement date on 22nd Sept. Will wait few more days to monitor.

My statement out ytd n i call in to enquire about the rebate, my transaction include mysam singtel billpayment n some others think you can imagine one, the cso tell me i will receive no rebate at all even for mysam. And she say can consider final liao, can only pray n wait later of today n check :/
hahaha, are u sure ocbc is better, which card? Frank, they post near mth end of next mth, before the next statement is generated. SCB post 2-3 days after last statement date.
How much did u charge, got hit min spend? Online or offline spend? Qualify for rebates? hahaha
Huh why no rebates at all? Means SingTel bill and everything no rebates?

I have been getting full rebates for everything you mentioned above ever since they started the 7% rebates.. Either they change it quietly, or she's feeding you the wrong information. My bet is, their system screw up...coz i have received full rebate for one of my card on 23rd Sept, and it contains some of the merchant you mentioned.
Only my second card left. They also have the exact same transactions so there's no reason why i'm not getting a single cent.
Yea im sure i hit minimum spending of 600$. Singtelshop 588 plus lazada 40. Shd hit tatget liao. Anyway i called scb they said will invesigate.

i called and itemised the rebates
mysam confirmed no more rebates.. used to have it..
so some how they changed the rebate structure without informing us
