bought two tickets on flyscoot.com last Fri. with this credit card.

still cannot see the spend record in SCB online banking.

anybody know how many days it takes for Scoot transactions to be posted?

I believe the minimum S$600 per cycle is based on post date, right?

Normally transactions are only posted on working days leh. Today only Monday. Usually they post next working days.

Try not to make transactions that will affect your rebate too close to the end of your cycle. You never know when merchants will post.

i got an error to update my payment method when i tried to use it for uber for the 20%. anyone got the same error? i've already deleted and re-added my card don't know how many times but still getting the same error. uber app is on the latest version.

exact error message is "Your payment method is invalid. Please update your billing settings."

edit: i know it won't work so i tried to book an uber using my scb card and was very confident that it won't go through so that i can see the exact error message.

You are right. It seems posting transactions will only be processed in working days.
I found the transaction made last Fri. was posted this early morning (Tue.)

i'd applied the card on 8/10 and received the approval on 10/10 . mention that they will sent the card to me within 3 working day . so currently waiting for the card to be in .

so currently once i receive the card already how do i get the initial signup cash back of $138 ? do i need to hit the $600 min spending for the cash back or how does it go?

I am also waiting for card approval. Planning to use this to charge air tickets. If i am buying tics on Thai Airways, shld i charge directly on their website or pay via paypal? I want to avoid the DCC or forex charges and want to get the 7% rebates.

If StanChart takes too long, i may have to use HSBC mastercard debit instead.

Usually cashback is awarded the next working day after statement is generated.

maybe ur set of CC numbers are too new to be in Uber's database? Not sure, maybe you can call SCB and Uber to find out.
