Someone mentioned encountering the same issue. You should call in to ask.

Meanwhile, I should have capped at $60 cashback but only got $54.83. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out which transactions don't qualify haha.

The 1st transaction apparently got 2% rebate which means it was classified under groceries. Even if it is online but MCC is groceries, the groceries MCC will take precedence. But then people who buy scandisk or qoo10 gift card also get 2%, wondering how come these were classified under groceries.

60 - 54.83 = 5.17
u spend over by alot?
transaction difference base on 7% is around $73 odd or slight more
unless u break down to too much transaction

i think people here all super savy in tracking each with their own method

Both transactions are Qoo10. When did Qoo10 become groceries??

Seems qoo10 (or even Lazada) might not be the ideal online purchase site to go, due to various MCC issue. Or is it the problem lies with this Card?

Hi, new here. But can someone experienced advise why SCB rejected my Sing Post application very quickly within one week from application? What factors are they looking at? My credit bureau report is clean as I only have one credit card from other banks, full payments on time every time. Two other friends and I applied tgt, and all rejected. Salary range from 3K+to 4K+, is it because the salary? Or is it because we just start working 1 year? If appeal, anything I can do to increase my chance?

Any advice is appreciated!

Btw you can get a free credit report and probably you can take a look at the rating.

If you only have 1 credit card and started working for 1 year, then your credit report is "too clean". You need to build up your credit history first. By your second working year you should be able to apply for most of the bank credit cards

Ok, so it means even if I appeal, chance is not high? Then I wait again for next year, hope they still have good cash rebate for online purchase
