Ytd I notice that my Qoo10(Gift Card) transaction was not calculated in latest cash back.

Called CSO and told them I bought something from Qoo10 and no cashback was rewarded. CSO put me on hold for 5min then revert that he will do a manual cashback to my account, he also noted that this is normal case as Visa/master side didn't categories the transaction as online.

In this case will u be able to see the rebate increase immediately in the ibanking?

Dbs live fresh 5% promo ending 31 mar, not sure if will continue/change
Can consider boc family for 5% rebate for online.

Some people tested and got 1x points instead of 3x points. This means likely will not be considered online for dbs lf 5% rebate.

I told them I didn't get the rebates this month but I got it last month and asked them to check. From their reply, it looks like singtel payment is no longer an online transaction.
