for those using sc card, so its tagged as what mcc and offline payment?
if you dont share what the bank provide base on your transaction, cant tell u the correct thing to say either.

its like passing a half bowl water here, cant reply you with the full bowl answer.

but best is to gather the details from what they see then you know what to reply next.
The CSO replied that it is tagged as retail, and thus not eligible for 7% anymore.

It seems that qoo10 itself is tagged to the wrong MCC. Only way is for us to all feedback to qoo10 and ask them to get Visa/MC to change their MCC.

Of course, why should they bother about this? They don't care about MCC.

People, my first year with the card is almost up.

Would like to be prepared for the first waiver coming.

Question: Do I call the customer service before or after I see the annual fees charged to ask for the waiver?

Thanks!

After. Or even if you see it in unbilled charges also can call I guess, but must speak to human. If in bill statement think can just press the waiver option in the phone IVR

thanks...deep inside me there was a slight concern of not getting it waived, so I want to 'prepare' as much as possible ahead... :)
