i applied online , and got my 50cash rebate. singpost card, need to call n appeal. as i dont receveid any voucher AT ALL.

u sure? the CSO just call me 2 days ago n they say if online not eligible for the 50 cash rebate. can i know what u ask or what reasons u gave? TIA

Use their own tnc against them lo. As long as u fulfill everything. It doesn't say apply online excluded, right?

I called in and the CSO said that the error was because they had not increased the maximum cashback to $60 in their system. They credited $10 to my account immediately and said that the problem will be fixed. Just a warning to long-time cardholders to check their cashback amounts on large online purchases.

Yes I don't know how f**ked up the cashback rebate system has been recently, for the past 3-4 months they always calculated wrongly, last month I spent about 800+ and my statement indicated "0.00 cash back for the month statement".

My cashback is correct, except for 1 case there is a transaction got charged twice on the same day, then emailed them got reversed after almost 2 weeks...

Think activate 1 can liao, and spend any amount.. i activated both, but only spend on 1 card, and got the letter to redeem the minifridge..

But i made sure to spend 500, to get the $50 rebate..

I regret not sending in all the docs from SCB last time during the COMEX promotion (to get the mini fridge) because I decided I couldn't be bothered.

Now I want to sign up again because want to buy an Xbox One. I figured if can get the $50 cashback and 7% rebate on online spend; then I can get the Xbox One quite cheap through the online Microsoft Store!

Anyone aware where to get any promotions for SCB in addition to the cashback? I don't think mini fridge is on offer anymore (that being said I really had no interest/use for it since it doesn't actually chill the drinks but rather it just helps keep 6 cans cold).

seems like the case, mine is set on 5th every month...requested to set based on calendar month but they told me earliest is the 5th
