Lately their RM offered me some empty ang pow. I realised the normal ones and the priority banking ones are the same. Only difference is there are more “gold” on the priority one. 😆! Like that also can. Is Joker their CEO? 😂

Actually first time I see supplementary card and main card same number. Not sure whether SC is sibei innovative or sibei cock. Not sure what to say. Like that I also a bit worried a huge bulk of my investment is on their banking platform. Balls shrinking already
actually what's the issue though? can help to explain?

If both main card and supp card same number, then how you track transactions? Like who spend what?
but is that how the statement is generated?

cause i also asked before like if is same card number, how they decide which mobile number to send OTP to. someone mentioned u can select whether is it princ or sup card.

so maybe that's how the statement gets separated?

can someone confirm?

I had the same shock just today as well.

I applied for a supplementary card for the wifey and was asking her to activate her card upon receiving it today. She could not do so via SMS from her mobile number.

That's when I realised I needed to activate it thru the principal card, my mobile number. So, being surprised and confused, I called the CS line.

Indeed, the CSO confirmed it was the same 16-digit card number as mine, even down to the CVV2 Code!

I was flabbergasted!

CSO insisted they could detect fraud. I wanted them to give me a letter or email in writing and thinking twice about putting my money with the bank!

If you want to know what is one of their biggest screw ups, try opening their credit card T&C PDF on mobile:

https://www.sc.com/sg/terms-and-conditions/spree-credit-card-terms-and-conditions/
I think you should only be able to see the first page.

They will likely copy and paste from their website.
