TS is doing this for free? Samsung should loan one to TS or something for publicity? As a manufacturer themselves, it should be cheap.

The only publicity they get is if their card performs above market norms... else.. everyone will know: meh... Nothing special :o

Is evo+ a lot better? I just ordered a 128gb evo+ for my surface pro 4 to replace my previous Samsung card.

No. You should get Lexar (I'm personally using that) [633x version] or Sandisk Ultra Gen 3

Cancel your order if possible.

Thanks. Oh well at least I can store music, photos and movies.

In all honesty, my Sp4 tends to heat up quite abit, I have no qualms about Lexar since it is using MLC and has shown publically on how they perform their stress tests so yea :)
If cost is an issue, then, well, Evo is cheaper isn't it?

I wanted good balance between price and performance but plenty of storage. My iPad Air 2 fills up its 64gb so fast I didn't want that to happen again. Evo+ wasn't too expensive online.

How much did you pay for evo+?

Iirc is 10 years warranty only. Lexar has lifetime.

Lexar costs about $81 now but once a while sale price is about $65.

If you for sandisk, its cheaper than Lexar and Samsung Evo 128GB

Maybe just give a set of sd cards to HWZ review team instead and they can write a review
