Is there any way to extend the warranty for the 2018 model?
Hi ryuxdragonx, the 2018 series comes with a 2-year warranty and cannot be extended, unfortunately. But if you have any concerns with your chair, please drop me a DM and I'll be happy to help you out with it!

Hi, i would like to get a replacement for my pre 2018 model. their website says that if i pay additional 29$ i can get a technician to help assemble. But i dont see this cost included in my invoice when they ask for payment. How do i opt in for this? :s11::s11:
Hi LostandFound87, if you have yet to proceed with checking out, the assembly option can be found at step 3 after submitting your details. If you have already gone ahead with the payment, just drop me a DM with your order details and I will see to having this added for you!

The saddest part is my 2018 model warranty was over around june this year than later down the month then i receive email saying there was a replacement program. :/

Based on your attached photos, we assure you that the performance of your Secretlab chair is in no way compromised.
However, we understand that you had just recently received your chair and I would be able to make arrangements for the backrest to be replaced for you. Please note that it may take some time for the request to go through and for the team to pick and dispatch the item to you.
In the meantime, could you kindly assist to take a photo of the lumbar support knob located on the right-hand side of the backrest?
