I chat with the tech dynamic people they revealed that Noble and Secretlab all from the same OEM in China

After a year plus, peeling in many places, no direct sunlight. At least 12 hrs per day usage. OMEGA version, the rest is okay. Will never buy any PU leather product again.

I've seen & experienced such peeling issues on PU leather products, from office & dining chairs, sofa to bed frames etc.

If you're intent on getting such items, either have to go through the recommended care instructions or replace them past their "shelf life".


My pair of new powered recliners are fabric! Shall upgrade to full leather barcalounger in due time!

Actually I have the IKEA SKRUVSTA Swivel chair $199 PU / PVC leather chair in black. Served me 4-5 years, used daily for quite long at times. No crack nothing.

Using my Omega for 9 months.
8 hrs per day usage.
Sometimes on aircon only....
So far ok leh, no peeling and signs of cracks.

But the chair dont really provide good back and spine support.
Sit long liao, very warm. Then can feel the body abit aching also.

Saw one chair sold at Ikea, some new series chair for $150.
Really very comfy. Back fully supported and feels good.

Abit regret spending 500 on this Secret Lab.
