In my opinion, the ang mo kio estate will be the hottest project, since it is so close to the MRT and town centre. :)

Somemore if you take a closer look, the MRT station is NOT opposite the road, it is closer to the 710 units. Which means you dun need to walk overhead bridge or go underpass. Probably an escalator to come out when you exit from the station, walk 5 mins reach home liao... haha

Only thing is you need to cross the road for amenities... haizzz

But nothing is perfect de lah

I wanted to take Tampines.. But after looking at the map i turn off.
Behind is Paya Lebar Airbase, Beside is Civil Defence HQ.
Dont need sleep liao la.. T_T" But i really like Tampines area..
AMK is a nice area near MRT, But North is far for my work leh..
Thinking shld i register and see got heng heng take kanna a not?

Any bro can advise, If I dont take up this round does it affect my ballot chance?

The valuation prices are still heading north, hence meaning the prices may head further north then as it is pegged to resale transactions prices in Sept. The longer you delay buying/wait, the prices MAY become more expensive, esp in those mature estates

Some of the Whampoa units could be along the CTE unless they built the multi-storey carpark besides the CTE as buffer. Still to hear the traffic noise at night is really unsettling.

won't be cheap.see july clementi and bukit merah.not near mrt already cost 400K+.:D

how much cheap can it go. 200K+ for a 4 room flat. u think loh. u can see mature estate bto don't come cheap. :D

if cheap.everyone go for mature than non-mature.also it near mrt.=:p

just receive letter in my parent house. conservancy fee going up by 3 dollar this year and 2.50 dollar next year.:o
