I just need an approved 10k AHG as I still short 10k for my estimated 300k BTO.

I am more than happy if HDB approved 20k full grant to me as I under 3.5k bracket.

Mine would most prolly be 5k only because we are under the last range - 4.5k to 5k.
But my stamp fees ia alr 5.8k, still need to come out $800... together with ocs, purchase price.. :S

shouldn't loan must when u get ur key around 2017. As ur cpf is load.

i also puzzle why they need the HLE when selection. I think is a process to check the amount u can loan from them ....


and if i opt for bank letter of offer would be worst since i had a existing flat loan with dbs...


with HLE i think safer since it can cover 90% of the flat..

The available decent level units in CSC are those with low privacy (blocked view by existing blocks).
There are units with slightly more privacy like 41,43,29,11 but they are 5th floors or below.
If you are okay with the level of privacy then definitely go for CSC.
